Anupamaa fame Paras Kalnawat opens up on ex-girlfriend Urfi Javed's accusations of him being possessive

TV actor Paras Kalnawat, has been ruling the headlines ever since it was announced that the makers of Anupamaa (2021) had cancelled his contract. He was fired after agreeing to appear in the upcoming reality series Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10, which will run on a rival channel called Colors TV. In recent interviews with the media, Paras has been opening up and telling his side of the tale. He also responded to allegations of possessiveness made by his ex-girlfriend Urfi Javed in a recent interview.
Reacting to the rumours, Kalnawat said, “There should be some kind of aggression in me to retaliate. I don't carry any hard feelings for anyone. If I have a problem with someone, I would go up front and speak to that person rather than speaking anything bad about them. When I see people speaking about me I take it very calmly. I think to myself that if this person is finding happiness by saying all this about me, I'd rather find happiness in their happiness. All this does not affect me at all.”
For the uninitiated, Bigg Boss OTT fame Urfi Javed and Paras had a short-term relationship that ended in separation. According to Urfi, Kalnawat was overly possessive of her and that is why she was not given a role in Rajan Shahi's well-known daily soap.
Paras Kalnawat, meantime, rose to fame due to his outstanding performance in the show Anupamaa, in which he played the son of Anupama and Vanraj.
