Anuj Kapadia gets fed up with this family and finally decides to leave, which leaves fans heartbroken. In the show's recent episode, a huge drama happens because Bapuji is missing while Leela blames Anuj For insulting Bapuji and leaving him on the road. Vanraj comes and initiates more disturbances and blames Anupamaa. Kavya defends Anupamaa and Anuj and lashes out at Baa for always lying. After so much drama in the house, Bapuji enters and lashes out at Leela for being intolerable. Bapuji makes an apology to Anuj and Anupamaa. He gets curious to know the reason, and keeps him stunned. Bapuji gets traumatized and heartbroken. He tells Leela that he wishes he could have died soon after she convinces him to sleep in his bedroom.
This new twist and turn in the show stunned their fans as they were getting fed up with so much regular drama. Speculation suggests that Choti Anu will die and Anuj will return to the Anupamaa for accusing and forsaking her.
