Bharti Singh tells her baby that mamu Karan Johar will launch him into the film industry
Bharti Singh is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to a son with her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, on April 3. The comedian co-hosts Hunarbaaz and The Khatra Khatra Show with her husband. Despite being temporarily replaced on Hunarbaaz by Surbhi Chandna throughout her break, she made a surprise guest appearance in the latest episode via video call. Her newborn son joined her in the call as well.
During her appearance, which was captured in a new Colors promo for the show, Bharti even stated that her son will be launched into the industry by his uncle Karan Johar, who is also a jury on the show. Karan complimented Bharti on the birth of her son and asked if he could play a song for the child. Following his rendition of Lakdi Ki Kathi, co-judge Parineeti Chopra went to ask Bharti if the baby was all right after hearing the song.
Bharti responded, "The baby is fine," while panting, implying the baby's response to Karan's song. "Koi nahi beta, aapne itna saha hai, ab mamu hi aapko launch karenge," she added to her son.
During her phone call, Bharti also grabbed judge Mithun Chakraborty's leg. Mithun began the promo by saying to Surbhi that Bharti had made his life harder on the show, but she is now at peace at home with her son, which has brought him peace as well. He asked Surbhi if she was comfortable, to which she answered back that everything was fine and walked over to him, sitting on the arm of his chair. Bharti, who is constantly teasing Mithun, popped up on-screen in a video call to applause from other judges, the audience, and contestants.
