Paras Chhabra posted a shirtless photo of himself on Instagram in which he is shown to be quite slender and free of all the flab. He seemed to be making progress towards getting the ideal figure with biscuit-cut abs. Paras Chhabra shed 25 kg, according to the post made by his trainer. He is now 100 kilograms lighter than when he started out at 125 kilograms, and the adventure is still continued.

The instructor wrote in the post, "Despite being in Mumbai celebrity circle, where Anabolics are preached as the only solution for fitness goals, mentally getting him in a zone where he actually prefers a lifestyle and nutrition changes more important than PED’s, was a major task."
