Bigg Boss 16: Rohit Shetty to NOT replace the OG host Salman Khan-Exclusive!

One of the most watched reality shows in the country is without a doubt Bigg Boss. Apart from the controversial incidents that take place in the house, the show garners attention, thanks to its host, which is none other than Bollywood star Salman. People admire his style of interacting with the contestants and the way he handles the show. There was a strong buzz earlier that Rohit Shetty would be replacing Salman Khan as the show’s host.
However, as per recent reports, Rohit Shetty will not be replacing the show’s OG host Salman Khan. A source close to the filmmaker quashed all the rumours of Rohit Shetty hosting the 16th season of BB.
Meanwhile, the makers of Bigg Boss 16 have started approaching celebrities to participate in the show. The few celebrities who have reportedly been approached for the program are Arjun Bijlani, Sanaya Irani, Shiny Ahuja, Divyanka Tripathi, Vivian Dsena, Jannat Zubair, and Faisal Shaikh.
Rohit Shetty, who is currently hosting the action-packed reality series Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, is worth noting. His way of hosting and his kinship with the competitors have pushed the program to the top of the TRP charts.
Salman Khan, on the other hand, has been hosting Bigg Boss from season 4. The first host of the show was Arshad Warsi. For the second season, he was replaced by Shilpa Shetty, who was then replaced by Amitabh Bachchan for the third season.
