Elvish Yadav took to social media to address the rumours and set the record straight. He put up a video in which he was honest about why he wasn't there when Abhishek was in the hospital. Elvish said in his video statement, "Some people want to know why I didn't go to the hospital. You must have seen that I'm stuck inside these walls. I don't want to be locked up, but Bigg Boss's security rules force me to. They told me I shouldn't go." He went on to say, "I don't want to avoid anyone. I talked to him on the phone, and he told me that he had been let go. I had planned to see him today, but I couldn't because I had a lot of meetings and security obligations. But he told me he was going to Delhi, so I chose to meet him there because I have to follow certain rules."

Elvish kept saying that he couldn't change what was going on, and he asked people not to take it in a bad way or spread hate. During the explanations, Elvish said that his relationship with Abhishek hasn't changed.

Abhishek Malhan, who got dengue and was taken to the hospital, has been released and is on his way to Delhi to see his family. In a good sign, Abhishek said he was feeling better and that he missed his siblings while he was getting better.
