As most people are aware, Tejasswi joined the cast of Kangana Ranaut's drama alongside her beau Karan, who portrays a jailer. This was their first music video for Rula Deti Hai and their first on-screen reunion following ‘Bigg Boss 15’.

Kangana Ranaut was spotted having fun with Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra at the finale episode. The woman playing Queen asked the pair to blame whoever was responsible based on the questions she would pose. In addition to others, one of the questions, “who is a better kisser?”
Tejasswi Prakash responded that they are both skilled at it. She was pretty good when they first kissed, Karan Kundrra interjected, adding. “Yeah, I nailed it.” Added the ‘Naagin 6’ actress,
Then Kangana Ranaut questioned, “Who likes it on top (I’m talking about the game)?” Karan responded, “Game me na? Wo (pointing at Tejasswi). Aur mai game ki baat nahi kar raha”
Ranaut joked as she added, “Always ladies on top.”

According to reports, Tejasswi Prakash's fees were practically on par with what Karan Kundrra made during his whole tenure at ‘Lock Up’. The actress appeared in 2-3 episodes and earned a stunning sum of ₹2 Lakhs to ₹3 Lakhs.
