Chhavi Mittal BATTLING With Another Health Issue After Recovering From Cancer; ‘Naya Wali Beemari Layi Hoon Market Mein’

Chhavi Mittal, a television actor, has experienced a lot. She heroically battled cancer and never gave up. Instead, she continued to inspire not only herself but also those who were suffering. Chhavi has exhibited incredible bravery, but the battle continues. The actress is currently battling a different health problem. Chhavi revealed the latest issue she is currently facing on Instagram.

She has been identified as having 'costochondritis.' A cartilage in the chest has been hurt. Chhavi communicated to her followers about the condition and explained what it meant. She also mentioned that she experiences agony when sitting, lying down, and even breathing. She still remembers her motivating words, though.

She posted an image of herself from the gym and commented, “Naya wali beemari layi hoon market mein. it’s called costocondritis. Fancy no? (It’s an injury to a cartilage in the chest) The probable cause could be radiation (cancer treatment) or a side effect of the injection I took for osteopenia (a condition with low BMD) or it could be incessant cough (which I had a few days back) or a combination of one or more or all. I have pain while breathing, or using my hand, or arm, or lying down, or sitting, or laughing or pretty much everything. No, I’m not always positive about it, but I’m rarely negative. So, holding my chest in my hand, I went to the gym (my happiest place) coz u know what?”

She adds, “We all get knocked down, but do we get up again? Well I do! For anyone who needs to hear this.. I know ur suffering in some way or the other.. but ur not alone! And THIS TOO SHALL PASS. #healthiswealth.”

Chhavi previously disclosed that her osteopenia and increased risk of spinal fractures were caused by the reduction of bone mineral density (BMD) brought on by her cancer treatment.
