Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim just had a baby boy, a few days early from when they were supposed to have him. Sources close to the pair said that Dipika was supposed to give birth in the first week of July, but the baby came about ten days early.

Even though the baby came early, the actor told fans that there is nothing to worry about and that both the mother and the baby are doing well. This gave relief to fans who were worried.

Dipika Kakar took very good care of herself while she was pregnant. She chose to rest at home and stay busy by doing prenatal yoga and travelling with Shoaib Ibrahim whenever she could. But the trip was not without problems. During the third trimester, the actress had problems like high blood pressure and gestational diabetes. Thankfully, her mother and mother-in-law were there for her and took care of her during this time.

Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim got married in 2018, and the birth of their son is a happy step for them as a couple.
