There were rumors of a squabble with producer Asit Kumarr Modi, the proprietor of Neela Tele Films, which produces the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Shailesh Lodha has now filed a case against the makers for non-payment of dues, approximately a year after his departure.

Whenever there is a rift between Shailesh Lodha and Asit Kumarr Modi , it makes headlines. And it appears that they have taken a bad turn. According to reports, Shailesh Lodha has launched a case against the producers. According to the article, Lodha was waiting for his debts to be resolved. His payment had been stalled for approximately a year. According to the most recent update, Shailesh has decided to sue the creators. Shailesh approached the National Company Law Tribunal.

According to the report, Lodha has initiated an insolvency resolution under Section 9. The hearing is scheduled for May. Shailesh Lodha declined to comment on the subject because it is pending in court. According to the portal, Asit Kumarr Modi also declined to comment on the topic.

According to Sohail Ramani, the project head for Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Shailesh Lodha's choice to leave was treated politely. They have repeatedly contacted Shailesh and requested him to come down to the office to obtain his remaining compensation and sign the paperwork.

He states that they have never declined his payment. Ramani also criticises Shailesh's legal action when following a basic procedure would have been simpler.

Ramani further stated that they will not pursue any legal action because they did not refuse him the payment. Sohail Ramani claims that they have requested Shailesh Lodha to sign the relevant documentation and pay his debts.
