Divyanka Tripathi shares a Tweet denying the rumours of her being part of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 16

The wait is finally over, the audience’s favorite show Bigg Boss returns back with its new season on October 1. Last year Tejasswi Prakash took home the winner’s trophy while Prateik Sehejpal was declared the runner-up. This year the show is going to have a new theme like every season. While the promos are out for the show, the contestant’s list has not been officially announced yet. One of the most likely contestants is Divyanka Tripathi, whose name is making the rounds. The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress participated in Colors' Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. The season had fantastic TRPs.

Divyanka who often updates her fans on what she is been up to in her professional and personal life took to Twitter to react and clarify the news. The rumours were untrue, as Divyanka herself stated that she wouldn't be appearing in the show's 16th season. Divyanka denied rumors that she would be a part of Bigg Boss in a tweet from last night. In her Tweet, she wrote, “Hi! Since all my admirers and viewers are very eager to know, I am compelled to tweet that - 'I am not a part of Bigg Boss. Whatever you are hearing and reading in this regard is false news.' Thanks for overwhelming love always!"

In the meantime, Karishma Sawant, Harshad Chopda, Karan Patel, Munawar Faruqui, Faisal Shaikh, Kanika Mann, and Shivin Narang are rumoured to be the confirmed contestants for the season. However, an official announcement is awaited from the show’s official handle. Bigg Boss 16 will premiere on October 1 only on Colors TV.
