BollywoodMDB is back with an exclusive update from the world of television.
We recently informed our readers that Shemaroo Umang’s TV show ‘Shravani’ is all set for a generation leap. The show features popular actors like Arti Sngh, Manmohan Tiwari, Gaurika Sharma, Shiwani Chakraborty among others. Buzz is that the show will take a leap and the young Shravani will grow up.
We also broke the news about the grown-up leads. Actor Sonal Khilwani who was a part of ‘Bindya Sarkar’ will be seen playing the titular role and will replace Gaurika as grown-up Shravani. Mohit Sonkar who was seen in ‘Mast Mauli’ will play Shravani’s love interest.
Now, we’re back with yet another development. Post leap, actors Shiwani Chakraborty and Vikas Grover will exit the show. BollywoodMDB got in touch with Shiwani and asked her about the exit and she confirmed the buzz. She said, “Well, yes! I will be exiting the show post-leap. However, you never know, I can make a comeback too”.
We couldn’t connect with Vikas for a comment.
"Shravani" started off as the story of an 8-year-old girl, Shravani, who dreams of becoming an eye specialist to cure people and help them. Despite being born to visually impaired parents who were shunned for their inter-caste marriage, Shravani never gives up on her dreams and relentlessly pursues them. Through its poignant narrative, the show promises to take the viewers on an emotional rollercoaster ride as they witness Shravani's journey toward fulfilling her aspirations.
