Hiba Nawab in consideration to lead Rajan Shahi’s next for Star Bharat?
According to reports, actress Hiba Nawab is in consideration to play the female lead in well-known producer Rajan Shahi’s next show for Star Bharat.
Shahi, one of the most successful producers on Indian television whose ongoing shows like Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have been topping the TRP chart, will soon commence work on a new show for Star Bharat. Not much is known about the forthcoming venture at the moment, but some reports suggest that it will be a family drama.
A publication reports that Hiba Nawab, who rose to prominence with the success of Jijaji Chhat Parr Koii Hai, is leading the race to play the female lead in the show. The actress has previously worked with Rajan Shahi in Tere Sheher Mein.
“Advanced talks with Hiba Nawab are on, and she is most likely to play the lead in the show. It is slated to be a love story drama. However, no decision has been arrived at pertaining to Hiba as of now,” a source in the know informs the publication.
We also hear that the team which is currently working on Anupama, the leading show across all channels, will work on this new show as well. More details are expected to arrive soon.
