This Sunday, famous singers Kumar Sanu and Anuradha Paudwal will perform on the singing reality series "Indian Idol - Season 13" on Sony Entertainment Television to celebrate the Glorious 90s. The legendary 1990 film "Aashiqui" features the chart-topping songs "Bas Ek Sanam Chaahiye" and "Nazar Ke Saamne," which will be performed by Bengali beauty Bidipta Chakraborty.
After being moved by her singing style Kumar Sanu is heard telling Bidipta, "Bidipta, your performance was incredibly wonderful. With 100 musicians on board when we wrote "Saanso Ki Zarurat Hai Jaise," it still sounded the same when you hear the band perform today. You performed today in a way that took us back in time.
Bidipta later confesses that her family is a huge fan of Kumar Sanu and that it would mean a lot to them if he sang two lines with her. As he joins her in singing "Bas Ek Sanam Chaahiye," Kumar Sanu is seen fulfilling her wish.
Anuradha, who has lent her voice to several popular songs such "Mujhe Neend Na Aaye" and "Dhak Dhak Karne Laga," praised Bidipta for her performance and claimed that she had successfully captured the spirit of the 1990s via her singing.
Debosmita Roy, Senjuti Das, Sonakshi Kar, Chirag Kotwal, Navdeep Wadali, Rishi Singh, Bidipta Chakraborty, and Shivam Singh are the top 8 contestants on Indian Idol Season 13 will dazzle the audience this weekend.
