Television shows facing the axe within months of their launch is something that does not surprise the audience anymore. Having said that, when the rumours of Colors’ recently launched show Spy Bahu going-off air within weeks of its premiere started doing the rounds, it did come as a shock to many.
Starring Sehban Azim and Sana Sayyad in lead roles, Spy Bahu is barely 30 episodes old, and these reports of Colors pulling the plug on the show sure came across as a shocker to many viewers.
However, when a leading entertainment portal reached out to Sehban Azim and asked about the same, here is what the actor said, “No, it is not going off air. It has been getting good numbers, why would it go off-air? She has not even become Spy Bahu yet, how will the show go off-air? We'll be going to Kashmir again next month.”
The show is set to witness a number of twists and turns in the coming episodes. As Azim just confirmed that the team will be heading off to Kashmir next month to shoot an important sequence, we are sure the makers are going to offer a lot of drama to keep the audience entertained. Stay tuned!
