Due to the inflammatory statements she frequently makes about her co-workers, Kangana Ranaut has frequently become embroiled in controversy. The actress called Karan Johar out on his talk programme 'Koffee With Karan'. She has had disagreements with Karan Johar and many other Bollywood celebrities. On ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, the actress was heard criticising him after labelling him the face of nepotism. Internet users are already making fun of Archana Puran Singh as she tries not to laugh at Kangana's joke.

Kangana appeared on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ to promote ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’. The actress was invited to act as the hypothetical Prime Minister of Bollywood and select ministers for a variety of ministries, including finance and health.
Kangana Ranaut referred to Karan Johar when she enquired about the Information and Broadcasting Ministry and informed Kapil Sharma, “I think it should be Karan Johar. He himself said that he enjoys gossiping, and for that he has a show also on which he openly does gossiping. On that show, he openly asks people what colour underwear they are wearing, what you are going to do to the wife in a situation where you are caught on someone’s bed. So, no one else can manage this ministry other than Karan Johar.”
Netizens are mocking Archana Puran Singh, though, for supposedly not laughing at Kangana Ranaut's remarks about Karan Johar since the old footage has reappeared online.

Returning, Kangana Ranaut appointed Shah Rukh Khan as finance minister, Ranbir Kapoor as defence minister, Kareena Kapoor as home minister, and Akshay Kumar as health minister.
