When she reached 7.5 crores, she would either be proclaimed the season's first Crorepati and be sent home, or she would drop to 75 lacs.
The exciting gaming would be broken up by some really fascinating dialogues, one of which would have Mrs. Chawla telling about how she used to earn 20 rupees per day and how she once got 3, 20,000 in just a few hours using her wits. According to reports, Kavita barely completed Class XII of study, but she made an effort to maintain her passion for reading and studying. She also mentioned how she had always wanted to be on the show and how it had come true for her. "I did that, in part, so I could appear on KBC. I've wanted to be a part of the show since 2000. I entered the competition last year as well, but I only advanced to the fastest finger round. I've achieved my dream this year by getting to this point. I used to learn together with my son whenever I had him study, Kavita remarked.
