Rajeev Sen CONFIRMS His Divorce With Charu Asopa; REVEALS Date And The Reason (Details Inside)

Finally, the divorce proceeding between Rajeev Sen and Charu Asopa will be decided on June 8. The actor discussed his decision to split from Charu and the custody of their daughter Ziana. Rajeev Sen stated in an interview, "The 8th of June is the second and final hearing of divorce in the family court". Rajeev mentioned that many of his friends and family had asked about his life and that he is providing this final update since he is really happy and optimistic about making this bold decision.

Rajeev explained in the same interview that he and his daughter Ziana are making this choice because they want a happy and tranquil life for themselves. “The intention to be nice and good goes a long way. Whatever the outcome, your thinking and intention should be good. Whatever is happening or coming is for the highest good of my daughter Ziana, me, and Charu. Choti si zindagi hai khush raho.”

Rajeev continued by addressing his daughter's custody, mental health, and desire for happiness. "For everyone's well-being, their peace of mind is important, especially if they have children. It's important that Ziana sees good things around her, she should see both of us happy.”

Rajeev and Charu's separation news made headlines, and after much mudslinging and airing of dirty laundry in public, they have mutually agreed to separate. Charu will maintain her relationship with the Sen family because she is very close to Sushmita Sen, whom she admires and looks up to.

After being married in June 2019 because they were so madly in love, Rajeev and Charu started having problems. He criticised Charu for concealing the details of her first marriage to him and said that she was an unreliable parent. Even after giving their marriage another try, the couple indicated that they were back together. However, things didn't work out, and they are now in the final stages of divorcing.
