Sana Khan Shares Her Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss Journey; ‘I Get Nervous When..’

With her participation in television reality programs like Bigg Boss and Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Sana Khan rose to fame. She was dating the choreographer Melvin Louis, but their relationship ended, shocking their followers. She gained notoriety after quitting show business and fully herself to her religion. She later wed Maulana Anas Saiyad, a businessman from Surat. On July 5th, Sana welcomed her first kid and discussed her feelings about motherhood.

Sana Khan feels that having children is one of the happiest sensations in the world. She cannot fathom the idea of creating a new life. She claims that you are responsible for everything, good or bad, throughout your lifetime. The actress talked openly about her postpartum weight loss in an interview with ETimes. The topic is extensively debated, and the new mother has an other viewpoint. She becomes nervous when others discuss weight reduction after giving birth. Like everyone else, she claims she wants to lose weight, but not at the expense of her health or by depriving herself of foods essential to her child's development.

She further continued stating “A new mother shouldn't be made to believe that losing weight is more important than enjoying motherhood.” Since her child is her top priority, she would advocate for health and assert that everyone may lose weight at any moment. Saiyad Tariq Jamil is the name given to the infant boy who was born to Sana and Maulana Anas Saiyad. The former actress discussed the meanings of the name, saying that Jamil means beauty and Tariq means pleasant. They also wanted a name that represented piety, kindness, compassion, and honesty, she continued. She said she feels like she doesn't know her spouse Anas in the same interview with ETimes.

Speaking of him, she remarked that he is unique, gets emotional when gazing at the infant, and occasionally even has wet eyes.
