Sargun Mehta doesn’t want to entertain questions about having a baby and her reasoning makes so much sense

Actors Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta make for a perfect couple. The duo, who has been married for eight years now, recently embarked on a new journey together as they turned producers with Colors’ daily soap Udaariyaan.

Dubey and Mehta would probably have not thought even in their wildest dreams that their maiden production venture would turn out to be such a huge hit on television. Udaariyaan, which hit the airwaves on March 15, has been topping the TRP charts ever since its launch. It has made its lead pair a household name across the country.

While Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta have always shared a cordial relationship with the media and field all their questions sportingly, they do not like much when asked repeatedly about planning to start a family.

While Dubey has dismissed the same previously, Mehta opened up about the same in a recent interview and everything that she said made total sense.

“Ravi and I are already a happy family for the last eight years. Why do people keep asking me if I would like to go the family way? Aren’t Ravi and I already a family of two happy people?” she said.

The actress added, “I don’t keep asking people if they have kids or whether they should have another child if they have one and only then their family will be complete. I don’t advise people on how many kids they should have or even ask them about it. I don’t ask people if they are single or married then why do people have to ask me such things?”

The actress said she often tells people that they don’t have a plan currently to start a family. “Many times, I feel like telling people that it is none of their business, but I should not be rude, so I just say we don’t have a plan currently to start a family,” she concluded.

We hope that Mehta has made it clear for once and all and people do not bombard her with such questions ever again in future.
