Sayali Kamble joins Arunita Kanjilal and Pawandeep as captain of Superstar Singer 2
Indian Idol 12 fame Sayali Kamble, popularly known as Bharat ki Beti, has been roped in as a caption on the upcoming kids singing reality show Superstar Singer 2. Kamble has joined fellow singers Arunita Kanjilal and Pawandeep as the captain.
Superstar Singer 1 turned out to be a massive success for Sony Entertainment Television. Just like its predecessor, Superstar Singer 2 will also showcase some extraordinarily talented children who will win audiences’ hearts with their exceptional singing talent. Grooming and mentoring these young children will be a well-appointed panel of captains.
Sayali is thrilled about her new role as a caption on Superstar Singer 2. Sharing her excitement, she told a publication, “Singing is my identity. Indian Idol was a starting point of my career and I owe it to the show and Sony Entertainment Television, as they have been an important pillar for my growth. I am really thankful to them for believing in me and giving me a fantastic opportunity to be the captain of one of the most prestigious singing talent shows for kids. Superstar Singer season 1 left a mark in the minds of the entire country with the spectacular voices of the younger generation; I too was a big fan of the show. And, now getting a chance to mentor the ‘Singing Ka Kal’ is an overwhelming feeling for me.”
