Shakti Arora to replace Dheeraj Dhoopar in Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya

Actor Shakti Arora, best known for shows like Tere Liye and Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi among others, will be replacing Dheeraj Dhoopar in Zee TV's popular daily series Kundali Bhagya.
While the reason behind Dheeraj's exit is uncertain, it is being said that the soon-to-be-father wanted to take a break from work to focus on his personal life. There were also rumours that Dheeraj is keen to explore better opportunities and hence decided to bow out of the show.
“Yes, Dheeraj has decided to move on. It was a fruitful association and a good one as long as it lasted. We wish him good luck in his future endeavors. We are glad to have Shakti on board with us to play the new hero. We are working on the storyline to accommodate the change,” a source close to the development revealed.
Noteworthy, Kundali Bhagya also features Shraddha Arya and the show is one of the most popular on Indian television right now. The series is all set to take a five-year time-leap and the storyline will focus on new twists and turns in the lives of Preeta and Rishabh.
With Shakti Arora stepping into the shoes of Dheeraj Dhoopar, it will be interesting to see how the story progresses to keep the viewers hooked. We can only wait and watch!
