Splitsvilla fame Priyank Sharma gets attacked at a hospital by an unidentified assailant; sustains minor injuries

Television actor Priyank Sharma, known for his stint in Bigg Boss 11, has revealed that he was attacked by an unidentified man at a hospital in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. In a recent interview, the actor said that the attack happened while he and his parents were visiting the hospital. He said that only minor bruises were the result of his escape.
In an interview, the actor admitted that the man assaulted him and began beating him. Two administrators from the hospital came to save him as the attacker fled.
Sharma further disclosed that he reported the incident to the Kaushambi police station in Ghaziabad in accordance with Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code. He added that despite their assistance, the medical officials did not provide him access to any CCTV material that could have helped him identify the assailant.
Priyank, a contestant on Bigg Boss' eleventh season, has been absent from television for some time. He recently discussed the reasons why he doesn't like working for television. In an interview, Priyank has stated, “If you see I haven’t done TV soaps ever, with due respect to other actors, I am not that person who can do one role for years. I don’t have that patience in me. I have three reality shows which aired on TV. I want to explore more in web series and films.”
