Gauahar Khan has already made progress on her postpartum weight loss goal following the birth of her son. The actress updated her followers on her progress through Instagram stories. Gauahar and Zaid Darbar welcomed their first child on May 10, 2023. Since then, she has truly enjoyed being a new mother and has lost a significant amount of weight in just a few days.
Gauahar uploaded a photo of herself to Instagram in cosy pyjamas with the message, 'Lost 10 Kgs in 10 Days Postpartum. Alhamdulillah. Still 6 to go. Life as a new mum.' Gauahar Khan continued to exercise and stay active during her pregnancy, including yoga. During this time, she placed a high priority on maintaining her fitness. After the delivery, Gauahar and Zaid were photographed by paparazzi leaving the hospital. Before departing for home, Gauahar took a minute to thank the photographers for their best wishes. This lovely path to motherhood began last December when Gauahar and Zaid, who will be married in 2020, announced their pregnancy.
