Asit Kumarr Modi, the producer of 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,' is in trouble. A case against him has now been filed as a result of an actress' complaint.
According to Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 354 and 509 (Assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to insult her modesty), the Powai Police has filed a case against Asit Kumarr Modi. But no arrests have yet been made.

Police officials revealed, "The FIR has been registered against Modi and the against Modi and the investigation is currently going on." Additionally, it has been learned that it is unclear whether Modi would be asked to register his statement in a lawsuit.
An actress from the well-known sitcom 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' had previously departed the programme. She made severe accusations of sexual and mental abuse against the show's producer, Asit Kumarr Modi, following her departure after 15 years.

She made a formal complaint of claimed workplace sexual harassment against producer Modi, Project Head Sohail Ramani, and Executive Producer Jatin Bajaj.
‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has always been in the news for its rib-tickling comedy and how the show has had the cast intact for the longest period of time. However, off-late, the show has been in quite some controversies.
