Sony SAB show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has been one of the most loved shows on television. The audience has loved the camaraderie between the actors playing pivotal roles in the show however, time and again, the programme has been subject to various controversies.

From the show’s beloved character Dayaben, played by Disha Vakani quitting the show after embracing motherhood to Shailesh Lodha, playing the titular role of Taarak filing a suit for non-payment of dues against the makers, there have been many serious issues the makers have had to deal with. The latest matter surfacing legal courtship is that of Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal filing a case against producer Asit Modi and his team - Sohail Ramani and Jatin Bajaj for sexual harassment.

According to the latest developments, Jennifer has now opened up on the problems Operations Head Sohail Ramani has been putting her through. Jennifer has accused Sohail of mental harassment.

Talking about the harassment, she reveals that Sohail had blocked her payment. When she questioned Sohail about the same and if this was done intentionally, he told the actress, “Production vale se aisa baat nahi karne ka. Production sabse upar hai, actor neeche hai.”

Jennifer also recalled an incident she faced earlier with Sohail when she had to tell him to talk respectfully to a woman. She mentioned that she had to take urgent leaves on account of some grave personal problems on her domestic front and the makers stopped her payment. Jennifer said that she touched Asit Modi’s feet as she had financial concerns. Jennifer shared that majority members of the cast went through such trauma barring a few.
