Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Mandar Chandwadkar Aka Bhide REACTS To Co- Star Jennifer Mistry Allegations Of SEXUAL ASSAULT On Producer Asit Modi!

‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ is one of the longest-running humorous family shows in television history. It has given us joy whenever we feel a little down. The audience overwhelmingly praises the plot and the performances of the star cast. However, for the past few months, the show has been making the headlines for all the imaginable problems. The stunning revelation that Jennifer Mistry, aka Roshan Singh Sodi, departed the show because she had assaulted Asit Kumarr Modi sexually has just surfaced in the public.

‘Taarak mehta ka Ooltah chashmah’ has been around for so long, it's one of the most popular family comedy shows on TV. It's always brought us smiles when we're feeling down, and the audience loves the story and the acting of the stars. But for the past couple of months, we've been seeing the show in the news for all sorts of reasons. Recently, it came to light that the show's star Jennifer Mistry had quit because she had sexually assaulted Asit Kumar Modi.

Mandar Chandwadkar from ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ revealed, “I am wondering why she did this. I have no clue about what happened between them.”

Further on in the interview, when asked to comment on Jennifer Mistry's'man-hating' remark, the actor said, “It is not a male-chauvinistic place. It’s a happy place with a healthy environment, else, the show wouldn’t have run for so long.”

Jennifer Mistry, in an interview, reportedly accused Asit Kumar Modi of multiple instances of s*x and said, “Asit Modi has made s*xual advances towards me many times in the past. Initially, I ignored all his statements because of fear of losing out on work. But it is enough now and I won’t take it anymore. They tried to forcefully stop me on the sets and were shutting the gates and not allowing me to go out. I sent a complaint mail to authorities a month back but haven’t got any revert. I am sure they must be looking into it and working towards the case. I am sure they must be investigating. I have hired a lawyer and I know I will get justice very soon. I have filed a case of s*xual harassment against Asit Kumarr Modi, Sohail Ramani (Project Head) and Jatin Bajaj (executive producer).”

Asit Kumarr Modi responded to the whole thing and denied everything. He said he's going to sue Jennifer Mistry.
