Popular television actress Dalljeet Kaur was part of the famous reality show Bigg Boss 13 and many popular television shows. She has confirmed her marriage with Nikhil Patel. Nikhil Patel works in a finance company in the UK. Earlier, She was married to Bigg Boss 16 contestant Shalin Bhanot and had a son with him, Jaydon Bhanot. After their split, Dallijeet was in a relationship with Nikhil for about one year. On January 3, Dalljiet engaged Nikhil in Nepal and confirmed their marriage in March.

Nikhil Patel was Born and raised in London and predominantly works in a finance company. He was married earlier and had two daughters from a previous marriage named Aariyana and Aanika. Currently, he lives in Nairobi, Africa, for work. Both met in Dubai at a mutual friend's party and instantaneously bonded over their shared love for children. However, both were not seeking romance, and eventually, both fell for each other over time.

Dallijeet opened up about missing a companion while simultaneously being afraid of making a wrong decision. However, she decided to have a second chance to love and shared, "I am in love with Nikhil and can feel butterflies in my stomach every time he calls me. I never thought this would happen. I always thought that I would marry first and then fall in love."
When she got questioned about her after-marriage plans, she confirmed, "The wedding is in March, and I am still figuring out a lot of things. I will move to Nairobi (Africa) for a couple of years, as Nikhil is placed there for work right now. We will eventually move back to London."
