The Kapil Sharma Show: Archana Puran Singh says her husband wants royalty for jokes about him
One of the most popular names in the entertainment business is Archana Puran Singh, who is renowned for her superb comic timing. The actress is a part of The Kapil Sharma Show, where she frequently interacts with Kapil Sharma in light-hearted banter. The way the two roast each other during the show is also enjoyed by everyone.
The actress recently opened up about her family’s reaction to the jokes made to her and her children on The Kapil Sharma Show. Archana reveals that her children don’t get offended and that they are modern-day kids who understand stand-up comedy very well.
Archana Singh Puri said, “They have seen their mother being a victim of insult comedy and being roasted since they were five-six years old," she said, referring to Comedy Circus. The actress also said that her kids think it is very normal while her husband jokes about not getting the royalty for the jokes about her.
She further explained, “Parmeet says that they crack so many jokes on him but they don’t pay him royalty. He said that he deserves royalty on every punch that he cleans vessels at home and does all her work.”
The Kapil Sharma Show has gone off-air for some time as Kapil and his team has landed in Canada for their tour. Archana Singh Puri is currently the judge for the show India’s Laughter Champion along with Shekhar Suman.
