Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Spoiler Alert: Big Twist! Abhimanyu To Learn About Akshara’s Twin Babies?

'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,' a Star Plus show, is one of the most popular and trending shows on television.
