Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Spoiler Alert: Big Twist! Akshara Is Head Over Heels In Love With Abhinav?

The Star Plus show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' is one of the most popular and trending shows on television. The show's main protagonists, Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod, have captivated the audience with their acting and lovely chemistry. The current tune is about Abhir becoming ill and being admitted to the hospital and Akshara giving love a second chance as she returns to Abhinav. Although Abhinav is aware that it is their seventh anniversary, Akshara wishes to commemorate it as their first. This is Akshara's way of announcing she's finally decided to move on with Abhinav. Abhinav will be overjoyed as Akshara finally accepts his love. But, the couple's life is about to take a turn for the worst when a fresh storm approaches.

Akshara would be devastated to discover that Abhir has a hole in his heart. She will be thinking only of Abhimanyu. She will cry and call Abhimanyu, and his heart will skip a beat as he hears Akshara's sobs. Akshara will reveal Abhir's medical condition, and Abhimanyu will rush over to her. This will enrage Aarohi and Manjiri because Abhimanyu has abandoned them again for Akshara.

Abhimanyu will soon be seen fleeing his engagement ceremony and racing to help Abhir and Akshara. Aarohi would be devastated since Abhimanyu has humiliated her yet again and left her alone. Ruhi will try to stop Abhimanyu, but he will not listen to anyone.

Ruhi would begin to hate Abhimanyu after she sees her mother in tears since she cannot see tears in her mother's eyes.
