Arjun Rampal: London Files is unlike any project I have done
Bollywood star Arjun Rampal is presently waiting for the premiere of his forthcoming streaming show London Files, set at Voot. The suspense thriller series also stars Purab Kohli in the lead role and promises to take audiences on a spine-chilling journey.
Rampal seems quite thrilled about London Files and calls it unlike any other project that he has done in the past. “London Files is unlike any project I have done. In fact, I do believe there is not any project like this that I have ever seen both on the domestic or international platforms.”
The actor continues and talks about his character Om. “It explores many issues that we face today on a day-to-day level as Om investigates a high-profile case. The character of Detective Om is unpredictable, flawed and complex, and I must admit, portraying the character had an impact on me personally,” he adds.
Rampal is confident that the show’s screenplay, cinematography, and performances will click with the audience. “It’s the screenplay, editing, photography, performances, and narrative that I am sure is going to keep the audiences captivated. It will raise questions and will show you the way. I am super proud of what the whole team has achieved. It’s great to have Voot Select on-board as they see a great future in the show, and Jar pictures for backing it. Now I wait in anticipation for the most important part, the audience reactions,” he signs off.
London Files is set to premiere on 21st April 2022.
