Everyone has witnessed Priyanka Chopra's energy and charisma while acting in films. She is set to ignite the screens once more in the action series "Citadel." The Russo Brothers' science fiction drama television series will feature actress Priyanka Chopra, who has consistently dazzled viewers with her acting ability.
‘Citadel’, an upcoming spy series featuring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra as secret operatives, received a new trailer on Thursday from Prime Video. The new Citadel trailer appears promising, with more action and drama. What stands out is how Richard's Mason and Priyanka's Nadia, who are called back to the agency by Stanley Tucci's Bernard Orlick, work together while battling with their feelings for each other.
The first trailer for Citadel showed Nadia confronting Mason and asserting that she is a spy before the two are attacked by an assailant. The second action-packed trailer for Citadel takes a closer look at the train accident that appears to have ended the elite spy agency Citadel.
Years later, the two mind-wiped secret agents have no memory of their spy lives because their memories were erased following the accident. Mason may not recall much about his previous life as a spy, but he hasn't forgotten Nadia. She, too, appears to be on the same page, telling him she recalls everything.
The show is being funded by the Russo Brothers' production firm AGBO. It will have a two-part premiere on Amazon Prime Video on April 28, followed by a new episode every Friday until May 26. 'Citadel' will have several foreign spin-offs, with Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu starring in the Indian version. Citadel India is being directed by Raj and DK.
