Netflix plans to rope in Ram Charan for a major project?

According to reports, streaming media giant Netflix is working on a high-profile streaming show, set to be made on a lavish scale. The streamer intends to rope in Telugu superstar Ram Charan to headline the untitled project.
Charan, who is currently one of the most sought-after actors in Indian cinema, is likely to accept the offer. If it happens, the project will mark his foray into the digital space.
Though there is no official word on the same, Netflix is expected to announce the project once Ram Charan signs it on the dotted line.
Meanwhile, the actor is busy filming for his upcoming film RC15, directed by hit filmmaker Shankar. He is also waiting for the release of his much-anticipated film RRR. After facing several delays, the film is set to enter cinemas on March 25, 2022. Also starring Jr NTR, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt, the period drama is an SS Rajamouli directorial, set to release in multiple languages, including Telugu and Hindi.
Charam will also be seen in his home production Acharya, starring his superstar father Chiranjeevi alongside Kajal Aggarwal. Pooja Hegde also plays an important role.
