Zakir Khan, a stand-up comedian, says his latest comedy show, 'Tathastu,' is a personal story about "myself and my people."
'Tathastu,' currently available on Prime Video, shows Khan's experience growing up in a joint family and provides a genuine sneak peek into his life in the most hilarious way possible.
"Tathastu is unique because I did not lie at all, and its script took me two years to create. It's a deeply personal story with many facets because it belongs to my people and me. "In a statement, the stand-up comic added.
Khan, well-known for his stand-up routines "Haq Se Single" and "Kaksha Gyarvi," claimed that his most recent work is the truest to his artistic vision, and he dedicated it to his grandpa, the renowned Indian classical musician and vocalist Ustad Moinuddin Khan.
"I want to try to make it as personal as possible and see if it works because we talk about similar issues with others every time. I had live performance dates planned before my granddad passed away. I was compelled to talk about what happened and why I couldn't see him one final time while this special was still being made, "He added.
Tathastu is currently available on Prime Video.
