According to reports, Alia Bhatt has given her sister Shaheen two properties as gifts. The two units are on the second floor of Gigi Apartments. It's on Juhu Tara Road. The ready reckoner value of the properties is Rs 7.68 crores. In February 2015, the actress purchased these apartments from Anupam Kher.
Alia Bhatt paid Rs 8.99 crore for them. According to the real estate news outlet, Alia and Shaheen Bhatt signed the gift agreement on April 10, 2023. It was alleged that they paid Rs 30.75 lakh for the registration of the gift deeds. It mentions her name, Alia Bhatt, as well as her married name, Alia Ranbir Kapoor. The house is in Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill. She paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crores.
