This film, directed by Nag Ashwin, will feature DP sharing the frame with South star Prabhas. According to recent reports, Deepika Padukone was paid handsomely for her work in this show. It is reported that Deepika has been paid more than Rs 10 crore. As Deepika is busy with her other work commitments, Team Project K has been filming in Hyderabad. Amitabh Bachchan who is also part of the film was recently hurt on the sets while filming an action scene.
The film is apparently being made on a Rs 500 crore budget. The film, directed by Nag Ashwin, is scheduled to be released on January 12th, 2024. Both parts are being shot concurrently by the filmmakers and will be distributed in a similar fashion to Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan: Parts 1 and 2. The futuristic series envisioned by writer-director Nag is the first to be produced by Vyjayanthi Productions. Dani Sanchez Lopez is the film's cinematographer, and Mickey J Meyer is the composer. The first part will cover the conflicts of the magnum era and the sci-fi universe.
