Dino Morea Turns Down Invitation From Bigg Boss EVERY YEAR; Says He Would Rather REPLACE Salman Khan As The Host

Bigg Boss, a controversial reality television show, is a huge hit in India. Salman Khan has been the host of the show a number of times now since 2010, when he hosted for the first time. Dino Morea recently said that, like many other famous people, he had been asked more than once to be on the show. The actor, however, has his sights set not on the contestant's but on the host's job.

First appearing in Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi in 1999, Dino went on to achieve mainstream success with 2002's Raaz. Since then, he has starred in a number of successful Bollywood films, as well as expanding his career to the South and the digital realms.

Dino Morea said in a recent interview that he had been approached about appearing on Bigg Boss several times over the past few years. But the actor explained that he is too busy with work to watch the show. But that's not the only reason the actor is declining to appear in the production.

Dino Morea told the Times of India, “Bigg Boss is offered to me every year. I don’t have the time to go. I have been busy shooting three movies simultaneously. I didn’t have the dates, firstly.” He further added, “Secondly, I don’t know if I can be locked in a house for four months. Maybe if I was 20, I would do it. But now I am not at the stage of life where I want to lock myself.” Dino Morea told the reporter, "Bigg Boss is offered to me every year."

The actor has come clean about his desire to host the show rather than participate in it. He said, “If you give me Salman Khan’s job, I will do it. I will be the showrunner of Bigg Boss. And I’d do a fantastic job also. Though Salman is outstanding, I love him.” The actor finished his statement by saying that he does not enjoy seeing contestants fight and that the show is not for him.
