Oh No! Veer Savarkar Biopic In Turmoil As Randeep Hooda Claims Full IP Ownership; Producers Hit Back With Shocking Allegations! (Details Inside)

The problems with the documentary 'Swantantrya Veer Savarkar' don't seem to be going away anytime soon. The teaser for the movie was criticised for what it said about Mahatma Gandhi. Now, actor-director Randeep Hooda and directors Anand Pandit of Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Sandeep Singh of Legend Studio are in a fight over the movie.

Randeep Hooda made a big claim when he posted a notice on a trade website saying that his company, Randeep Hooda Films, owns all the intellectual property rights to the movie. His law consultant, Karan Halai, talked about how hard Hooda worked to finish the movie, even though he had to deal with financial, mental, and physical problems. Hooda said he was determined to protect his legal rights and make sure the movie came out when it was supposed to.

On the other hand, the legal consultants of Anand Pandit and Sandeep Singh, who were represented by advocate Ravi Suryawanshi of 'Bar & Brief Attorneys,' denied Hooda's claim and emphasised that their clients, M/s Legend Studios Private Limited and M/s Anand Pandit Motion Pictures LLP, hold exclusive joint ownership of the film's 100% Intellectual Property Rights and exploitation rights. They were shocked and surprised by Hooda's false claims and said that he had been hired for the project at first only as an actor.

Reports say that the film's producers said Randeep Hooda took footage from the movie without their permission and hasn't given it back despite several tries to get it back. There were also disagreements about the film's budget. The makers said that Hooda spent more than the Rs. 20 crores budget that had been set.

Also, it is said that Randeep Hooda sent Anand Pandit and Sandeep Singh four notices on different dates, which made the ongoing legal fight between the parties even more tense.
