The Dabangg actor reportedly brought in a Nissan Patrol SUV, which is not sold in India and has not been officially launched here. Salman Khan, for his own safety, reportedly purchased this vehicle.

For those who are unaware, Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar, two gangsters, sent an email to Bollywood's bhaijaan months after sending a death threat letter. After receiving the threatening message, the Mumbai Police Department filed a First Information Report (FIR) against them and increased security.
The email's sender wrote in Hindi, "Goldy Bhai (Goldy Brar) wanted to talk with Salman Khan face to face to close the matter", adding, "Agli baar, jhatka dekhne ko milega (You'll see something shocking)".

At a recent event, Salman Khan was asked about the threatening email and he responded, "Poore India ke bhaijaan nahi hai, kisi ki jaan bhi hai. Bohot saaro ki jaan bhi hai. Bhaijaan unke liye hai jo ki bhai hai aur unke liye hai jise hum behen banana chahte hai."
