Everyone's attention is currently focused on the 'Kerala Story.' The movie is scheduled to debut on 5 May 2023. However, there has been a great deal of controversy surrounding the Vipul Amrutlal Shah-produced movie. There are many who want the movie to be banned. The plot centres on three Keralan girls who are transferred to ISIS after being persuaded into becoming Muslims. The movie's creators claim that it is based on real occurrences. There are numerous calls for a ban, and the case is in court. Sudipto Sen, Adah Sharma, and Vipul Amrutlal Shah recently discussed the subject in an interview.

Sudipto Sen, the director, was questioned over the 32000 number that is being questioned by everyone. The director responded by saying that the number hasn't been inflated. He said that the Censor Board had the movie for two months and had properly examined every component. He said that because the Censor Board was given authority by the Indian constitution, it was impossible to criticise them. He highlighted that the Board gives every film the proper inspection and makes no distinctions. The team, he claimed, 'stands by the number.' The team cannot comment on numbers at this time because the case is still pending in court, according to Vipul Amrutlal Shah. After the court issues its ruling, they will discuss it.

'The Kerala Story,' according to Sudipto Sen, is only for women who have been taken outside the nation, who are about to leave, and those who have returned. It is not anti-religion. He stated that no assertions or projections were made in the movie. He reportedly said, "Politics is not our job."

Adah Sharma also addressed the issue and claimed that the conversation got off topic and is now mostly focused on numbers. We're talking about girls who have been raped, had children removed from them, and who have also been impregnated. We are deviating from the subject by talking about numbers. I imagined that when the teaser and trailer arrived, people would lament the disappearance of the females. But everyone is talking about numbers instead of their suffering and misery. According to reports, Tamil Nadu is on high alert before the publication of ‘The Kerala Story.’
