Bollywood playback sensation Mika Singh, renowned for his chart-topping hits like ‘Bas Ek King’, ‘Mauja Hi Mauja’, ‘Ibn-e-Batuta’, and ‘Dhanno’, has often found himself embroiled in controversies due to his controversial remarks, overshadowing his musical success.
In a particularly cringe-worthy incident, back in 2016 during the music release event of the film 'Happy Bhaag Jayeg'i, where Mika performed the popular 'Gabru' song, he shocked the audience with a tasteless joke about actress Diana Penty. Making fun of her name, he said, “She is Diana Panty, I am Mika Kachcha.”

Diana Penty Slammed Mika Singh With Grace:
While Diana Penty maintained her composure during the event, she later expressed her discontent in an interview with DNA. Speaking about Mika's tasteless jest, she criticized such insensitive comments, stating, "I don’t find these jokes funny. I don’t even understand how people laugh at such comments."
Despite being visibly irked by the incident, Diana chose not to escalate the matter, opting to downplay the incident in the media, revealing that she didn't want to give it more attention.
