In the film Lal Salaam, which his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth is directing, Rajinikanth has completed shooting for his part. As they celebrated the end of production, the director took a picture on the set with her father and other staff members.
Rajinikanth's parts in the movie have been shot, according to a photo that Aishwarya Rajinikanth posted on Wednesday from the Lal Salaam set. The director was photographed with the actors and crew. Rajinikanth appeared in the photo donning the look of his character Moideen Bhai.

He wore a skull hat and white kurta pyjamas. He started shooting his parts earlier in May. As the shooting schedule drew to an end, the unit grinned for the cameras. Sharing the picture she wrote, “Making a movie with you is a miracle and you are pure magic appa.. #lalsalaam moideen bhai #anditsawrap for THE SUPERSTAR”

Lal Salaam, written by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, stars Vikranth and Vishnu Vishal in the major parts. The soundtrack for the movie will be composed by renowned composer AR Rahman. Subaskaran presents Lal Salaam.
In 2023, the film will be shown in theatres. Rajinikanth will next be seen in Nelson Dilipkumar's 'Jailer', which is scheduled for release on August 10.
